Privacy policy
You can use the whole course without signing in; then your progress is saved only in your own browser. If you choose to sign in, we keep your email address and your lesson progress so it follows you between devices. You can sign in with a one-time code or, if you choose to set one, a password. We never ask for your name. Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling and visit data only if you give permission; if you do not, Clarity does not run.
What we collect
By default nothing is sent to us. Signing in is optional; if you never sign in, we collect nothing from you except what you allow in the analytics banner. Sajilo Trading has no contact forms, payments, advertising or tracking pixels, and its fonts are hosted on the site itself. Until you allow analytics, no third-party scripts, videos or other embedded content load on this site. The one optional exception is the analytics service described in a later section.
If you sign in
Signing in is optional. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, or with a password if you set one on your account page. If you set a password, our provider stores only a salted hash of it, never the password itself. If you sign in, we store:
- your email address
- your lesson progress: the steps you opened, your quiz answers, the lessons you completed and the last lesson and step you opened
Why: to log you in and to keep your progress when you change device or browser. Your progress is not used for advertising and is not shared. Who: your email and progress are stored in a database run by Supabase. The sign-in code email is sent through Resend. Both act as our service providers and may process data outside the country you live in. If you type your email or code into the sign-in form, that text is hidden from the analytics recordings.
When you sign in for the first time, any progress already saved in this browser is copied to your account. If you sign out, the progress stored in this browser is cleared, so it does not stay on a shared device; it remains in your account.
Optional analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
When you first visit, a small banner asks whether you allow analytics. Only if you choose Allow does the site load Microsoft Clarity. If you choose No thanks, or do not answer, Clarity is not loaded, no cookies are set and nothing is sent to Microsoft. Our basis for this processing is your consent.
What Clarity collects:
- clicks and taps, scrolling and mouse movement
- which pages and sections you view
- session recordings of how you use the site, with text you type into input fields masked
- device and browser type
- approximate location, worked out from your IP address
- the page or website that referred you
Why: to understand how learners use the site, where they get stuck, and to improve the lessons and layout. We use heatmaps, recordings and visitor counts for this. We do not use Clarity to identify you, and we do not send it your name or email, because we never collect them.
Who: Microsoft Corporation provides Clarity and processes this data. It may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement and what data Clarity collects and how long it is kept.
Your lesson progress is not part of this. Steps, quiz answers and completed lessons are never sent to Microsoft. If you do not sign in, they stay only in your browser and are never sent to us either; if you sign in, they are saved to your account as described above.
Withdraw or change your choice at any time with the control below, or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Withdrawing stops further collection and removes the Clarity cookies this site can reach. Data already collected stays under Microsoft's retention rules.
What stays on your device
To remember your progress, the site saves a small record in your browser's local storage under the key sajilo-trading-progress-v2. It contains only:
- which lesson steps you have opened
- your quiz answers
- which lessons you marked complete
- the last lesson and step you opened, so you can resume
If you used the previous edition, the site also reads the old key sajilo-trading-progress-v1 to show how many old lessons you completed. If you do not sign in, this progress data never leaves your browser and we cannot see it. If you sign in, it is also saved to your account.
When you are signed in, the site also keeps your sign-in session in local storage under the key sajilo-trading-session, so you stay signed in. Signing out removes it.
If you answer the analytics banner, the site also stores your answer (granted or denied) under the key sajilo-analytics, so it does not ask again. That record also stays in your browser.
Deleting your data
Use Delete progress on the My progress page to delete saved progress; when you are signed in, this also deletes the progress saved in your account. To delete your account and your email address, write to sajilo@byrudra.com and we will remove them. To reset the analytics choice, use the control above or the one on the Cookies page. You can also clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Hosting
The web host that serves these files may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of request, to deliver and protect the site. Those logs are handled by the host under its own privacy policy.
Links to other websites
Lesson sources link to other websites. They have their own privacy policies, which apply once you open them.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
